On Stage and Online*
The Shattered Glass Project welcomes and seeks out opportunities to collaborate with and support women, non-binary and trans theatre artists who are first time or early-career directors to identify, select and produce shows featuring women, non-binary and trans actors, characters and stories. Productions and proposals can range from reframed classics to new plays and scripts developed by the Incubator Mentoring Program.

Why join us?
The Shattered Glass Project is particularly dedicated to providing opportunities for entry-level directors and to women and non-binary individuals who are experienced theatre artists with an interest in moving into directing from another area of creativity.
Submit
Women/non-binary/trans directors are welcome to submit production proposals for reframed classics or new scripts. The characters in the script should be at least 50% female/non-binary/trans and/or the script is written by a female/non-binary/trans identifying playwright.
