Sophe Friedman

Sophe lives in Seattle where she is the Lead Teaching Artist and Curriculum Developer at We.APP (We. Act Present Perform), a teaching artist and director at Stone Soup Theatre, and an instructor at North Seattle College. Sophe’s greatest passion is directing and bringing stories to life.

Cecelia Frye

Cecelia performed with such local local companies as Seattle Shakespeare Company, Seattle Public Theatre, UMO Ensemble, Ear to the Ground and VelMar Projects. She was a founding member of Ardeo Theatre Project, AD of Ear to the Ground and directed full productions for The Farm (Charlotte, NC) and Nebunele (Seattle). Other projects appeared at Freehold Studio Series and On the Boards/12 Minutes Max. She studied at Freehold and Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre.

Kit Lascher

Kit Lascher is a director, writer, and performer. Kit utilizes their interdisciplinary background to create dynamic worlds onstage. Known for their “Trash Wonderland” aesthetic and artistic resourcefulness, Kit has a DIY approach to all aspects of art-making and a love for creating unexpected spectacles. Kit has been haunting Seattle’s stages as Arrhythmio, the recently-dead, newly-alive Drag Thing for the past two years. They are grateful to The Shattered Glass Project and excited for what 2020 holds.

Sarah Milici

Sarah is an honors graduate of NYUs Tisch School of the Arts. She was awarded Show Business Weekly's "Best Newcomer to the Stage" many years ago. She was nominated for a Gypsy Rose Lee Award in 2012. Thank you Mom, Dad, Josh, Molly, and Lauren. Love to Elie, Greg, and Arthur.

Lee Thomas

Lee is thrilled to be a part of this cohort, and to learn more about the art of directing! She assistant directed a few productions in high school and college, and has worked behind the scenes and in lighting. Onstage, Lee’s favorite roles have been Meg MaGrath (Crimes of the Heart), Smitty (How to Succeed…), and Trinkulus (Starmites). When not in the theatre, you may catch her skiing or snowboarding at Snoqualmie Pass. Love to Poppa.

Sara Geiger

Sara Geiger (She/Her, They/Them) is a Seattle based actor, playwright, and singer. Her most notable work includes Netflix’s “American Vandal”, her touring solo show series where she stars as “Interim Pastor Chastity Joy”, and as the co-founder of the Olympia Improv Collective (OIC). Her full-length solo show, “An Afternoon of Guided Meditation with Interim Pastor Chastity Joy” will premiere in Olympia, WA spring of 2020. Sara grew up in Tumwater, WA and was always very involved with the arts in school. Later, she attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Stanislavsky Summer School, and the Intiman Emerging Artists Program. Sara is currently working as a professional actor in both theater and television (representation: MAM Seattle)

Coco Justino

Coco is a 20-year-old Musical Theatre Major at Cornish College of the Arts. Coco was born and raised in Colorado and is very excited to have joined the amazing art scene in Seattle two years ago.Coco is just beginning her playwriting journey however she has always been passionate about writing and telling stories.

Alexandra Kronz

Alexandra Kronz is a Seattle based playwright, dancer, choreographer, actor, drag King, and visual artist. Her writing style blends both the psychological and the comedic, informed by her passion for social justice, her background in Linguistics and Psychology, and her love of high energy camp. “Wormwood” was Alexandra’s directorial debut and it was her second original play to be staged in 2019, after her solo show “Fat Chance”. Jasmine Lomax

Jasmine Lomax is a recent graduate from Cornish College of the Arts, specializing in Original Works. Jasmine’s mission as a theater artist is to share as much new work as possible whether that is directing it, acting in it, or writing it. Communicating the importance of new works allows the theater to be revitalized and radicalized. She is extremely grateful to The Shattered Glass Project for creating a safe place and platform to continue such endeavors.

Darby Sherwood

Darby Sherwood (she/her) is a sophomore at the University of Washington studying Drama and Political Science. One of her plays, Two Heads of a Hydra, has been performed three times in the past three years. Her adaptations of Chekhov’s Three Sisters and Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet have been performed by UW School of Drama. When Darby isn’t writing, she also loves directing and singing.
